Gateshead East Ladies in partnership with BOOMERANG HEALTHCARE are delighted to announce will be hosting a FREE Girls' Cricket Festival this summer alongside Durham Cricket Foundation.
The three-day festival will take place on:
Monday 18th August
Tuesday 19th August
Wednesday 20th August
Open to Girls Aged 8-12
Whether you've never picked up a cricket bat before or you're already playing for a club this festival is designed to be fun welcoming and inclusive for all abilities.
Participants will enjoy three days packed with cricket coaching, games, activities and the opportunity to make new friends in a safe and supportive environment.
Completely Free of Charge
There is no cost whatsoever to attend the festival.

Qualified Coaches
The festival will be delivered by fully qualified Durham Cricket Foundation ECB-qualified coaches, ensuring participants receive high-quality coaching in a fun and engaging environment.
Limited Places Available
Places are limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
Only the first 80 applicants will secure a place.
Parents and guardians are encouraged to register early to avoid disappointment.

This exciting initiative is being delivered by Gateshead East Ladies with the support of the Durham Cricket Foundation as part of their commitment to growing the girls' game across the region.
How to Register
Durham have asked us to use their online booking system for registrations. Please don't worry if the website shows a fee of £50 – simply enter the discount code H8QK3 when registering and the cost will be reduced to £0.00.
You'll also notice that the booking page only refers to two days. This is because Durham are delivering the first two days, while Felling Cricket Club will be running an additional third day, which is included for everyone who signs up.
Although the booking page contains an age range please be assured that the festival is open to all girls aged between 8 and 12
